The simple and versatile bag forming and filling machine
With Simplicita® Bag Smart it is possible to pack products in bags of infinite lengths starting from a single reel of tubular film.
The machine is able to package products of different weights and sizes and is suitable for many product categories, from small items to heavier ones, such as mechanical spare parts, hydraulic fittings and accessories, small metal components, furnishing accessories, pharmaceuticals, toys and many more.

It does not require pre-formed bags
The great advantage of Simplicita® Bag Smart is in the use of a single roll of tubular film for the different lengths of the bags. Once formed, the bags are held with the opening facing up ready for manual, semi-automatic or fully automated filling. Once the product to be packaged has been inserted, the machine seals the bag and presents a new one, open and ready for the next product.
