Spitze’s extensive range of Cartoning Machines have an open design that makes viewing the machine operation from all sides, solid sturdy construction, smooth operation and reliable machines designed to HANDLE NUMEROUS TYPES OF PRODUCTS, such as cereals, pizza, cake mix, soap, toothpaste, etc.

SIMPLE & REPEATABLE SIZE CHANGES: With adjustable diameter indicators for size changeover system provides an accurate and quick adjustment the inner parts of the machine from the current product to the next & Simple HMI making it easy-to-operate .

COMPACT DIMENSIONS: Every single machine is designed, according to the client’s needs and to fit the available space. As mentioned above the integration of elevated switchboards into the top section of the machine optimises the space and makes the accessibility from all sides easier.

OUR MACHINES CAN PACK DIFFERENT KINDS OF PACKAGES.

RESPECT FOR THE PRODUCT: Throughout the carton Forming and Case Formation and packing process, the products are always kept in correct position by rails and retractable holding flaps to prevent falls, bumps, breaks or micro damage. The product holding systems installed on the conveyors allow optimisation of package size.

RELIABILITY: The machines are designed and built with sturdy materials and top quality standard electric and pneumatic components.

  • CARTON ERECTOR - SINGLE

    An efficient machine for erecting flat blanks, with fast, safe, and easy format changeovers.

    For erecting cartons in a variety of designs. For example, so-called 1-flap and 3-flap cartons, mechanical lock, mechanical top fold, web corner, hexagonal shape, etc.
    The machines are adapted for cardboard alternatively/in combination with corrugated board.

    Electricity and operation are located on top of the machines to create a clean and hygienic floor surface.
    Available in different machine sizes depending on the format of the carton.

    Knobs and position indicators are offered as standard. Normal changeover time: 2–3 minutes. Option for automatic format changeover.

    An efficient machine for erecting flat blanks, with fast, safe, and easy format changeovers.

    A compact machine designed to pick up material directly from the pallet.

    Mainly adapted for corrugated cardboard.
